Hi Tom. Long time, no posting! Sorry about that. Thanks for the poem (or is it a song lyric) about the coal miners. What an ordeal that must have been. Coming from a coal mining region myself, I heard such stories often when I was a kid. You're right to point out that there is a very high "behind the scenes" price for the electricity in our homes.

Hey, I want to urge you to go over to Nate's Eight Strings and read his latest post, Moving Out Of Suburbia, and tell me what you think. Nate has pretty much taken off the gloves in this post. Is he right? Is he being too harsh? What's your opinion?
